Missouri Governing Law
Missouri law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Missouri.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable where possible.
